Check your spam or promotions folder first. Links usually arrive within a few minutes of purchase. If it hasn't shown up after 24 hours, send us your order number and we'll resend it.
My printed planner arrived damaged.
We're sorry, and we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll replace it or refund you.
How do I cancel the Daily Check-In?
You can cancel anytime from your account or by messaging us. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge, and you'll keep access through the end of the month you've already paid for.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
